Once the quotation process is complete a firm start date and project duration is given. Depending on the size of the project and the prevailing weather conditions some mud and a little disruption is inevitable. |

| However we will always endeavour to cause as little disruption as possible and can assure you that on completion the standard of tidiness and cleaning will be very high. | ||
| During the build, access to water and electrical power is all that is required. There is no need for you to be in or to give us a key, as we even bring along our own toilet…! | ||
